Freshwater Bay, which is a mere 3-minute drive away and is known for its beautiful sandy shores and the Dimbola museum and galleries which is perfect for an afternoon tea.

Totland Bay, located just 4 minutes away, is ideal for swimming and offers picturesque views with a charming coastal atmosphere;

Colwell Bay, a 6-minute drive, features a small beach perfect for swimming with clear, calm waters and gently sloping sand and shingle. It is a popular family beach with a cafe, a bar, a restaurant and a panoramic view of the Solent and Hurst Castle.

Compton Bay, 7 minutes away, offers a sandy beach, surfing, kitesurfing and even fossil hunting at low tide!

Yarmouth Harbour, an 8-minute drive, provides a vibrant marina experience with stunning waterfront scenery.

Freshwater village is a vibrant community with a sports centre, library and an array of local independent shops, alongside a Tesco, Sainsbury's Local, and Co-op Food. Orchards an independent grocer, off-license and deli, is just a 2-minute drive away. Newport offers a wider variety of independent and well known shopping options including Morrisons, Asda, Lidl and Marks & Spencer super markets.
